A kidney stone is one of the most painful and most common disorders related to the urinary system.  I have had this problem for a while, and every time I had pain I had cried loud. It really hurts.  However, with time I developed toleration. I have realized a kidney stone patient needs some one at the time he/she is having pain. The reason of pain is usually the movement of the stone and as it touches the internal parts of the body it causes pain. I have many times passed out stone while urinating. Their is such a relief with some pain while the stone passes through.

I have learnt from doctors and online research(keeping in mind internet doesn't always speak the truth) that the best cure and to avoid kidney stone is to drink lots of water at least 4-5 ltrs/day but I guess it depends on body mass. Later, I also came to know that it occurs more to people who are sedentary worker. Those who work in office for long hours (6-8 hrs/day). What happens these people do drink water, but when the pressure develop they don't leave their place/desk to pee instead they hold on to it. So, the calcium and phosphorus starts to get deposit over an area. Ultimately leading to the formation to stone.

So its a good idea to move a bit , exercise your body like revolving your arms, twisting to certain degrees. I am writing on this topic in a hope people read a take care of themselves and they don't have to go to surgery. Keep in mind to consult the doctor if you have KS problem because it doesnt mean your stone will pass out through urine if you drink lots of liquid and some times the place where stone is stuck may require surgery. Like in my case the stone was stuck at Ureter edge to Bladder and it was big as 14mm. It is bigger than what you will see on Wikipedia page of Kidney stones. Continue to

Tablets are the new frontier in personal computing technology and that's no secret.  Like in the old days youngsters or geeks dream to look for getting a pc/mac, nowadays what these people look for is Tablet. The PC wars of the past will be displaced by battles between these new handheld computers.

The first one to come up was Amazon Kindle but it was just meant for reading ebooks then came the Apple Ipad that took the whole commercial market with a storm, Apple Ipad's ability to not just be able to read any ebook but to be able to listen to music, browse the web chat, use Maps for navigation and recently they added Siri(a voice response app to speak and tell the ab do something for you instead of you doing the touch). Apple uses its own operating system iOS(the latest one today is iOS 6.0)

Same way many other companies like Sony, Motorola, Dell, Samsung, Micromax jumped in with Android Operating systems. and them being cheaper then Apple also had lots to offer. The cheapest tablet in India on Android would cost between INR 2000 to INR 5000.

A month back I raised concern of over population, however as a citizen I have many concerns whether they are of any advantage to me or not. Regarding the overpopulation this I have a opinion to voice.

The fear of unexpected threats can be taken care of by knowledge of proper, practical and productive use of hands, hearts and heads constituting real education and not the so-called literacy programs which are insufficient and inefficient. Today, most of the challenges before international organizations and national governments are caused by problem of population.

I watched this movie today with the noon meal, I was late for the lunch and had a sci-fi movie not seen yet list collections. So I decided to watch this movie.

Out of all the films being released in 2012, Iron Sky is probably one of the most fun films to be a part of the list.

When Nazis build a giant space station on the Moon after the final days of World War II, they await for the day when the Fourth Reich can return to Earth and try to conquer it again.

The movie from the name and the trailer sounded much like a sci-fi you get to see, but this is different in terms the story which has more emphasis. Yes, it does seem a bit pro-Nazi, but when you watch the film it does the greatest job at making fun of Nazis. The script is absolutely cheesy, the visual effects are astonishing, and the action is non-stop.

With much of the humor coming not from the moon Nazis but instead from jibes about various nations especially America and its president, played rather wonderfully by (Stephanie Paul) who does a fantastic Sarah Palin impression. However, what really took my eyes of is the actor Julie Dietze(Renate). From the beginning to the end, it felt like she was meant for the role and no one can do better how well she did.

Yes, Sadly the name is big and is popular in India, and has got some reputation but it would be hard for most of you to believe that its just a fake reputation. I did B.Sc. In Information Systems and got first division, After finishing from KUK I joined Panjab University in Chandigarh where I did M.Sc in Comp. Science.

Unfortunately, I missed going to convocation to get the B.Sc degree, so I applied KUK by post to send me degree at my home address. Since Kurukshetra is very far from my home I never imagined that I would have to go there to get degree. But I never received by post either. Time passed by I passed my M.Sc. with 1'st division for which I even got degree right away and just at the year end I got hired by a company on campus, I was so happy and while working in an IT company you can probably imagine how fast time went. So after around 8 years later, I had a shift in my life and I was planning to travel abroad for what I needed to have degree from Kurukshetra University. So I visited university, and when I reached there by 10 in the morning I came ...

This would probably one of my favorite article I posted, because their is nothing better than sharing happiness and peace. How? By helping, taking off burden and sharing an idea that helps people, societies around the world ultimately a peaceful and prosperity among the humanity.

Well you probably thinking how, but here is how I tell you. Its easy all you could have given a spare time to yourself to think about it.
Today we live in a society which is burdened by lots of tensions and depressions that sticks to ones life. I cannot help in resolving someone personal matter but atleast I can help out in solving an issue by saving your pockets, and whats better than saving money to invest in some better way for the furure of children and your present. To live in a green environment is the ultimate goal.

Solar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaics (PV), capture the sun's energy using photovoltaic cells. These cells don't need direct sunlight to work - they can still generate some electricity on a cloudy day. The cells convert the sunlight into electricity, which can be used to run household appliances and lighting.

Benefits of Solar Electricity

Cut your electricity bills: sunlight is free, so once you've paid for the initial installation your electricity costs will be reduced.
Cut your carbon footprint: solar electricity is green, renewable energy and doesn't release any harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) or other pollutants. A typical home solar PV system could save over a tonne of CO2 per year - that's more than 30 tonnes over its lifetime.
Get paid for the electricity you generate: the government’s Feed-In Tariffs pay you for the electricity you generate, even if you use it.

Yesterday I watched the movie Darkest Hour for second time, not that I loved it but just because I had nothing else to do and my brother haven't seen the movie and he really want to to see the invisible aliens that invades earth to get minerals.

A group of 5 young people survive an Alien invasion in Moscow and try to find other survivors and a way home.

After having their new computer software stolen in an under hand business deal, 2 software designers are left to drown their sorrows on their business trip to Moscow. After hooking up with 2 American girls in a trendy club, they experience a blackout and all of the electrical devices lose power. They venture outside and witness beautiful amber lights floating gently towards the gorund. As they land, the lights disappear, but upon investigation by a policeman, the lights turn out to be hostile alien life forms and the policeman combusts on contact.

What follows is probably the worst acting and storylines I have encountered in a long time! None of the characters we meet during their agonising trip to eventually try and escape in a Nuclear Submarine, are believable or endeering. We don't care that some of the main protagonists die, in fact when one of the lead girls is sent to meet her firey maker I actually whispered to myself 'thank God for that'.

It was good movie, the main hero has showed some brains but the invisidle aliens is hard to see when they shields down.

Summers are not over yet but I am asking if you have any idea to beat the hot summers from happening agian in the next year, I know you have got lots hot cash in your pocket but hot pockets wont help. Have you got any idea how to stop hot summers or have anyone got big idea how to stop global warming?
Today, I was standing at the lights intersection waiting for light to turn green, when I looked up and just thought this area of intersection can easily be roofed. Well why would it need a roof, because people on motorbike who stop by at red light knows hot hot the sun is. But think about if we put a giant roof on a large city or even larger than that, So I though of Sun shield, I Google it and found their are so many discussion/research already in progress. I found one of explainer of Geo-engineering . Click on drop down menu to see other strategies.

Doing so is almost like controlling the weather, which means controlling weather of one region would affect the weather of other region that might not be in your home territory. However, Summers are just too hot to bear. If you have got any idea don't waste a single second to post it here, its a topic of serious discussion. Nobody wants to walk out in hot sun drop sweat , exposing skin to different types of diseases that can be caused by sun's radiation. Its like a punishment.

It's Sunday today and I wanted to write about something which is very important and thoughtful and least seen/thought or observed by people. After lots of things/ideas striking my mind I am stuck with this mindful of questions how immensely big our universe is ? Have you ever thought about it? I discovered a video on youtube that I can add to this article. The video will say most of what this article is meant to say, just listen to each and every word of narration carefully.

In 2003, the Hubble Space Telescope took the image that shows our place in the universe. Anyone who understands what this image represents, is forever changed by it.

Picture
This is the Hubble Deep Field – the furtherest photo into space we have ever taken. There are well over 3000 objects in this photo and they are not just stars, they are entire galaxies. If you were to look at this section of sky through the naked eye it would equate to roughly the size of a grain of rice.
In this video below, the Tony Darnell the narrater talks about the Hubble deep field. The Hubble Deep Field (HDF) is an image of a small region in the constellation Ursa Major, constructed from a series of observations by the Hubble Space Telescope.

The Most Important Image Ever Taken

Beside just getting ahead in corruption and scams we Indians have at least are getting better at something and some day I think we will develop strong survival instincts to survive in Hot weathers.

Living on the edge of getting onto the tip of extreme weathers, the highest recorded temperature so far on may 31, 2012 was 46.2° C  in Chandigarh which is also known for city beautiful , people here are raged a bit of  power cuts but life is still moving on...

Amritsar City was recorded the highest temperature in Punjab of 47.5°C  which is crazy high....

While in Ludhiana, Industrial city of Punjab recorded the highest since 1947 of 46.8 °C

Check out the link below of Hottest places on earth i.e. over 50°C http://opentravel.com/blogs/over-50-c-i-e-the-hottest-places-on-earth/

So looking at those places, we are close by of47 °C - 48° C  which is close to extremity of 50°C

In the coming space race maybe Indians would get to travel to alien planets that are hot like Crematoria to live and work .
So what are your survival instincts ? say how would you beat the heat ?
